Gentlemen:

	Enclosed is a manuscript on "Home Computer Terminals".  It
was given as a paper at the AAAS meeting this February.  However,
it seems to me that its main content will be more significant to
a "public interest" audience than to a technical audience, so
I would like to inquire if you would be interested in a revised
version further concentrating on the effects of this imminent
technology on social institutions.
